Aqua Health and Wellness Card.

A $250 (single) or $500 (family) Health and Wellness Card offer your employees an incentive to improve their health.

How it Works.

The Aqua Health and Wellness Card is loaded with $250 or $500 to be used for gym memberships, massage therapy, chiropractic care or acupuncture.

The Network.

Aqua has selected dozens of fitness clubs and health providers to help your employees stay healthy that meet high standards for information, quality and safety.

Costs.

The Aqua Health and Wellness Card is prepaid – members just swipe or show their card. The balance on their card can be tracked online at their convenience.

Annual Plan.

The Aqua Health and Wellness Card is an annual benefit. This means that any balance remaining at the end of the year is not carried over to the following year. Because this is a “use it or lose it” benefit, your employees are encouraged to improve and maintain their health.
