The Aqua Safety Net.

Once the out-of-pocket maximum is met, Aqua pays 100% of covered expenses until the end of the plan year.

How it Works.

Even though hospitalization is covered at 100% at every stage of the plan, occasionally an employee might meet the out-of-pocket maximum through other services. If ongoing medical care is needed, Aqua will cover all remaining costs. With Aqua, your employees won’t drown in medical expenses.

Aqua Network of Providers.

Aqua will pay 100% of the cost of care given by Aqua Network providers.

Cost of Care.

By using the Aqua Network, your employees do not receive any bills for their care. There is no need to pay “upfront” and wait for reimbursement - Aqua pays the bills directly.

Annual Plan.

Once an employee has met the out-of-pocket maximum on their plan, Aqua pays all other covered medical expenses at 100% for the rest of the plan year for in-network care.
