Aqua Health and Wellness Card.

A $250 (single) or $500 (family) card lets you choose how to improve or maintain your health. Your card is prepaid — just swipe or show your card.

How it Works.

The Aqua Health and Wellness Card is loaded with $250 or $500 and can be used for gym membership, massage therapy, or acupuncture with in-network providers.

Network.

Aqua has selected dozens of fitness clubs and health providers to help you stay healthy. Their staff is knowledgeable and meets high standards for information, quality and safety.

Annual Plan.

The Aqua Health and Wellness Card is an annual benefit; any balance cannot be carried over from year to year (unlike the Aqua Allowance for medical expenses). Because this is a “use it or lose it” benefit, you won’t want to miss investing in these special programs to stay healthy.
