Aqua Deductible.

Once you spend all of your Aqua Allowance, you pay the cost of any additional expenses until you reach your deductible.

How it Works.

After using all of your Aqua Allowance, you pay the cost of your medical care until you reach your deductible. (Remember, when you stay in-network, hospitalization and well-child visits are covered in full.)

Aqua Network of Providers.

When meeting your deductible you may use either in-network or out-of-network services. Your money – your choice. When using the Aqua Network, you get full advantage of the discounted rates with physicians and other medical providers. When using non-network providers, there is no discount.

Cost of Care.

Again, it is to your best financial advantage to use in-network services with the lower accompanying prices than out-of-network providers – but it’s always your choice. The deductible does not count toward your annual out-of-pocket maximum.

Annual Plan.

You start each year with a new deductible. Out-of-pocket expenses do not carry over from year to year. However, you can carry up to $500 (single) and $1000 (family) of your unused Aqua Allowance into the next year. These rollover funds serve as a safety net towards next year’s out-of-pocket expenses and deductible.
