Q. Can Aqua be used with a Flexible Spending Account? (FSA)
A. Yes. The deductible, coinsurance, and other qualifying out-of-pocket expenses may be paid with pre-tax dollars.

Q. Are all generic drugs covered?
A. Most generic drugs are covered with a $7 copay. A 90-day supply costs 2.5 times your monthly copay or $17.50. There is no deductible to meet when buying generic drugs.

Q. What about brand drugs?
A. You may purchase brand drugs from an in-network provider and receive a discounted price.

Q. What kinds of services are covered “office visits”?
A. Visits to your family doctor or specialist, eye exams, physical or occupational therapy are examples of “office visits.” Well-child visits are covered in full.

Q. Are x-rays and lab work covered?
A. Yes, they are covered in the same ways as your other Aqua benefits. (Aqua Allowance, Deductible, Out-of-Pocket Maximum etc.)
